Monitor
It is very important that when you bring your monitor in, or send it off to be repaired, you package the monitor in the original boxes and packaging it came in. If you are unable to do this, then you will be responsible for any damage that is done during the transportation of your monitor. Before you organise to get a LCD monitor to be repaired, please note that dead pixel policies apply with all monitors bought from Arrow Computers. This policy applies from the moment that you buy the monitor. If your monitor does not meet the minimum dead pixel policies of the manufacturer, then the monitor will not be repaired. If the problem you are having with your LCD monitor is not associated with dead pixels, then the LCD monitor is covered by warranty and will be repaired. In order to get your monitor repaired, then please lookup the model of your monitor below, and follow the instructions to get your monitor repaired. If you cannot find your model below, then please contact your nearest Arrow Computers store for assistance.
