Arrow Standard Warranty

Arrow Computers of 15 Colray Avenue, Osborne Park WA 6017, offers a Standard one year parts and labour warranty on its computer range as outlined below.

1. This warranty provided by Arrow Computers is limited to the repair or replacement of the following hardware:

   a. The system unit (including motherboard, processor, memory, power supply, hard disk drive/s, floppy diskette drive/s, CD ROM drive, video card, networking card, I/O controller, sound card)

2. Computer components not listed above (including notebook computers, keyboards and mice) or which are external to the system unit, such as printers, scanners etc, or were not installed by Arrow Computers during initial assembly, are specifically excluded from this warranty. Hardware products supplied by Arrow Computers which are not covered by this warranty are generally covered by a limited one year warranty, unless otherwise stated.
   
   
3. This warranty is transferable should the goods to which it applies be sold by the purchaser.
   
   
4. This warranty does not cover claims:

   a. In any way arising out of misuse or abuse of the equipment, power fluctuations, surges or other electrical stress, or environmentally induced failure

   b. Relating to or in any way arising out of the use of equipment which was not supplied by Arrow Computers but which has been attached or incorporated in a system

5. All warranty repairs or upgrades which involve opening the computer, monitor or keyboard cases must be carried out by Arrow Computers service centre or a service centre nominated by Arrow Computers, failing which this warranty will be voided.
   
   
6. This warranty does not diminish from any statutory right or remedies which the purchaser might otherwise have under the Trade Practices Act of 1974, or the corresponding State or Territory legislation
   
   
7. Any equipment returned under this warranty must be forwarded in its original or other suitable packaging, as neither Arrow Computers nor this warranty will cover any damage caused by or arising in the course of transportation
   
   
8. This warranty is on a 'Return To Base' basis.
   
   
9. Arrow Computers will not be liable for consequential losses of any nature whatsoever, either under this warranty or otherwise
