For all other devices, like keyboards, mice, thumb drives and cameras, please call the store you bought the product from. Ensure that you have a copy of your invoice. The technician may be able to help you fix the problem over the phone. If not, then the product will need to be brought in to be repaired.

Please ensure that you bring in an orginal invoice, original CD’s and if possible,the original packaging that came with the device. Note, we do not offer a replacement warranty on our parts. The product will need to be sent off to be repaired. We cannot be held liable for any delays in getting your product repaired.
